The BOSS GT-100 opens you to new forms of sonic speech by boasting a next-gen COSM processor. The GT-100 goes far beyond cloning them to send you vast new frontiers of undiscovered tones by re-creating precise descriptions of vintage amps and their actions. Amp Customize allows you to start with a classic amp, then completely turn it into another dimension, carving out completely new sonic territories.

Clean, intuitive user interface

BOSS has fitted the GT-100 with a highly effective, easy-to-operate dual-LCD/8-knob user interface that gives you quick access and very intuitive control. Perhaps best of all, there are no menus to navigate! Every parameter is always available for instant tweaking. Tone customization functionality has been improved as well. All your amps, patches, and overdrive settings can be created from scratch and/or customized with the user-friendly graphical Tone Grid.

Sculpt new tonal textures with the Accel pedal

The BOSS GT-100's Accel pedal puts considerable tone-shaping mojo right under your foot. Control multiple parameters at once, as well as time-variant effects such as Twist, Feedbacker, and S-BEND. Use the pedal to conjure creative combinations of parameters all interacting in real time! You might be getting the idea that (aside from staking claim to being a monster tone machine) the GT-100 is also boatloads of fun. And you'd be so right.

A/B Channel Divide function

The GT-100 sports another new feature: A/B Channel Divide. With it, you assign different amps and effects to each channel and divvy up the signal by dynamics and frequency. Each channel drives its own effects and amp settings. Assign creamy, liquid lead tones to the mid-to-high pitches, for instance, and gritty, cutting tones to your lower notes. With the BOSS GT-100, you can explore a vast universe of tonal possibilities.

With the new GT-100 Version 2.0 update, BOSS’ high-end multi-effects processor is now even more powerful than before, adding a host of great new features to its already formidable arsenal. Two new amp types are included, along with cutting-edge MDP effects, an acoustic guitar simulator, and an improved rotary effect. A convenient Guitar-to-MIDI function is on board as well, letting you connect to a computer to play soft synths and input MIDI note using your normal guitar. The GT-100’s USB audio capabilities have been expanded too, providing greater flexibility for re-amping applications. And with the BOSS TONE STUDIO software, you can now edit GT-100 patches from a friendly graphical interface on your computer.
